Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh H\u1ecdc gi\u1ea3 Vi\u1ec7t Nam (Vietnamese Scholar Program \u2013 VSP), m\u1ed9t trong b\u1ed1n th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh Fulbright t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam t\u00e0i tr\u1ee3 cho h\u1ecdc gi\u1ea3 Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111i gi\u1ea3ng d\u1ea1y v\u00e0\/ho\u1eb7c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c vi\u1ec7n nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ho\u1eb7c tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc Hoa K\u1ef3 trong kho\u1ea3ng t\u1eeb ba th\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ebfn ch\u00edn th\u00e1ng.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c h\u1ecdc gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tuy\u1ec3n ch\u1ecdn s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c VSP \u0111\u00e0i th\u1ecd sinh ho\u1ea1t ph\u00ed h\u00e0ng th\u00e1ng, b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe trong su\u1ed1t th\u1eddi gian tham gia Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh v\u00e0 v\u00e9 m\u00e1y bay kh\u1ee9 h\u1ed3i \u0111i Hoa K\u1ef3. Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh Fulbright t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng Trao \u0111\u1ed5i H\u1ecdc gi\u1ea3 Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf (CIES) s\u1eafp x\u1ebfp h\u1ecdc gi\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u1eefng n\u01a1i ti\u1ebfp nh\u1eadn ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p t\u1ea1i Hoa K\u1ef3.<\/p>\n<p>VSP khuy\u1ebfn kh\u00edch ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef, ng\u01b0\u1eddi d\u00e2n t\u1ed9c thi\u1ec3u s\u1ed1, v\u00e0 \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean thu\u1ed9c m\u1ecdi t\u1ec9nh \u2013 th\u00e0nh n\u1ed9p \u0111\u01a1n.
