Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nReporting to General Counsel\/Chairman and the line manager, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review Marketplace and Retail contract;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research on relevant laws, regulation and legal articles;<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems;<\/li>\n<li>Work 5 days\/week (Mon to Fri)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nIn order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate with Law bachelor degree<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, hard-worker, well-organized, and much attention to details with good team management skills<\/li>\n<li>Pro-activeness and ability to work under high pressure<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Advance in English language and well capable of Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Previous e-commerce or trading\/retail industry experience knowledge as a plus<\/li>\n<li>Clever, Careful, honest, willing to learn<\/li>\n<li>Eager to work with number and documents<\/li>\n<li>Experience in trading\/retail industry is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Only short-listed candidate will be contacted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
