POSITION SCOPE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Associate Human Resource Manager <\/strong>is primarily responsible for\u00a0 ensuring that the highest standards of professionalism are present in all\u00a0 activities in relation to employee relations and resourcing, equal opportunities, organizational development, rewards and employee payments, and health,\u00a0 safety and welfare. The Associate Human Resources Manager <\/strong>will oversee the\u00a0\u00a0 policies\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0\u00a0 procedures\u00a0\u00a0 for\u00a0\u00a0 attracting,\u00a0\u00a0 retaining\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0\u00a0 rewarding E2 \u00a0employees. Additionally, the Associate Human Resources Manager <\/strong>is responsible for overseeing standards of employment to maintain E2\u2019s international standing and meet requirements while keeping in compliance with Vietnamese law in recruitment and employment including immigration laws, insurances and conditions.<\/p>\n
